Really any of the main professions are going to be helpful in some way with better than normal enchants or etc.
JC is arguably the best for tanking, cause the dragon's eyes prismatic gems help you fill otherwise "less than favorable" gem slots with excellent bonuses and still allow you to get the socket bonuses. are all good 2nd profs, really its your decision.- Cleets ~ 30Templar
