(quest line in STV) can start by 27 and requires help from a higher level. will put you at 29 if you start as early as possible
Shoulders = Forest Tracker Epaulets

Chest = tunic of westfall or defias chest or raptor harness or cutthroats vest of the monkey
(not best selection)(19 twink ones)(13 stam most stam you cna get)(my choice would be cutthroats, 9 stam and 9 agi, just a regular 29 green)
Back = tigerstrike mantle
(world drop)
Boots = defiler's chain greaves
(pvp item from AB)
Finger = 2 legionare's bands
(pvp item from wsg)
Neck = scout's medallion
(pvp item from wsg)
Hands = fletcher's gloves, Headhunter's Mitts
(gives a ton of crit, from a 29 green)
Head = Pathfinder's hat
(regular 29 green)
Legs = Triprunner dungarees
(quest for gnomergan)
Waist = Defiler's chain girdle
(pvp item from AB)
Wrist = Barbaric bracers
(from leatherworker)
Melee weapons
for hard hitter with ok stats = Corpsemaker
(bop in RFK)
for pure stats = Butcher and scout's blade
(World drop)(pvp item from wsg)
As a hint in order to get all these items you iwll need a high level friend
First get the gun/bow with help form high level
Then get high level to clear gnomer to boss you need for the triprunners
Then go in so you only get exp form the boss you need to kill
If you are going for corpsemaker use smae strategy in RFK
Next buy all the world drop items on the lsit
Finalyl pvp with any items you wnat to get the wsg and Ab pvp items.
