and i do understand

i see what you are asking. and i do understand the problem.. we dont have a nhe as the absolutely best main tank anymore, but have been made alot more all-round. but thisounts for all the tanks, and was blizards intention so no groupraid will be dependent on having a spiflass for tanking any event. basly they made us all more alike. for better or worse this is the situation and its not a spif nurf to warriors Buzak Link to this 0 Messages skped by filter settings, 9 displayed.Thread Index New Subjt Reply to this 8 Replies (Seah Forums) Forum by ZAM Network   v2.7 Allakhazam's Forums >World of Waraftlass Diussions >Warrior >The Future of Warrior in WotLK opy; • ZAM Store • About ZAM • Site FAQ • Premium • Advertise Someontent is lensed under the GNU Free Dumentation Lense • Privy Poly • Terms of Serve
I initially titled this as "Tanking weapon speed", but I realised that's not extly what I'm asking. Prot is now no longer a simple tanking tree, it's a pretty dent solo leveling tree, as well as a viable PvP tree as well. And, oh yeah, youan do a bit of dent tanking as prot as well ;-) My question is, will an ultra fast weapon still be the weapon ofhoe for a prot warrior. The way I saw it, is that the faster the weapon, the more HS's .. more HS's meant more threat. With all the reallyool threat generators around now (SS, , SW), I see HS's role as being less important. The ft that devistate is weapon damage based also waves the flag for the higher damage weapon, not higher speed. So, I have 2 "tanking weapons" on my warrior, neither are fantast, but neither are utter trash either (Grom'Tors, and Inuuro's Blade). The thing is, from my pre 3.0 fury days, I have the Wked Edge of the Planes, whh seems to be a vastly better option with the new prot tree than either of the other 2 weapons. My persptive ... I plan to level as prot (well, still haven't dided that 100% yet) and do the casional instae. Thisurrent gear issue is really only applable to about level 75, when I'm pretty sure I'll have pked up something better. The overalloeptual question still remains ... Faster speed, or higher damage for tanking. Link to this 6 repliesing from Moroes' Dining Room t 19th 2008 4:16pm : Logged Reply to this devioususerholarUser's Journal1169 Good
