World of Warcraft Classes The Druid

Friday, August 28th, 2009

The WoW Druid is a powerful healer who is made only more valuable to her party by the ability to take on the form of a sturdy bear or deadly cat.

The Druid is one of the most entertaining classes to play in World of Warcraft, giving the player flexibility unmatched by the other classes. For starters, Druids are second only to the Priest in Healing ability making great use of their healing over time spells.
In a pinch, they are also able to fill in as tank in bear form or as a DPS class in cat form, and many groups want a druid simply for the buffs and crowd control.WoW Druid Talent Trees – Balance, Restoration, and Feral
Players may choose to spec, or specialize, their character in many ways by using the three talent trees – balance, restoration and feral.
The balance tree focuses on raising the Druid’s offensive spell casting damage (DPS), culminating in Moonkin Form. A Druid in Moonkin form gains an increase in armor, a spell critical chance increase for the druid and her allies, and a chance to regain mana from spell critical hits. As Moonkin form is offensive, the Druid loses most of her healing and curing spells.
The restoration tree focuses on increasing the Druid’s healing ability, adding a few new spells and the powerful healing form Tree of Life. While in Tree of Life form, the Druid gains a significant increase in healing received for all nearby allies and a reduction of mana cost for healing over time (HoT) spells. Tree of Life is a healing form, therefore the Druid loses the ability to cast most offensive spells.
Feral Druids in World of Warcraft have a greatly increased melee presence. Most of the talents in this tree focus on improving the shape shifted Druid’s combat ability, speed, and survivability. This talent spec is excellent for the solo or DPS focused Druid, though it is the only talent tree that does not grant an additional form for the Druid.WoW Druid – Bear Form
Bear form is the first gained by the new druid, available at level 10 after completing a series of quests which differ depending on the Druid’s allegiance (Horde or Alliance). This is the tank form for the druid, increasing armor and threat generation, allowing the Druid to play a role similar to that of a Warrior. Dire Bear form is gained at level 40.WoW Druid – Aquatic Form
Aquatic form is gained from your trainer at level 16, and grants the Druid water breathing and an increased movement speed while in the water.WoW Druid – Cat Form
Cat form is gained at level 20 from a trainer and is the DPS form for the Druid. A Druid in cat form gains melee attack power, the ability to stealth, and a reduction in threat generation. This form allows the Druid to fill a DPS or damage role in a party similar to a rogue.World of Warcraft Druid – the Ultimate Hybrid
The Druid in WoW is an excellent hybrid, and the second best healer in the game. Players in the World of Warcraft will find group invites are plentiful, and will find much success shifting (literally and figuratively) their role to the needs of their group.

Enter the Crusaders Coliseum

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

In the next major content patch, the construction of the Crusaders’ Coliseum on the Argent Tournament grounds will be complete, and it will hold new challenges for players. We’d like to share some details on the new dungeon, which represents the next tier of content for the game, but keep in mind that this is still in development and subject to change. The Crusaders’ Coliseum will include:

New epic 10- and 25-player raid dungeon with five encounters, with each encounter being unlocked one week at a time
A more intuitive structure for harder encounters. This raid dungeon will have four different versions: 10-player, 25-player, 10-player Heroic, and 25-player Heroic, with each one using a separate lockout.
Introduction of the Crusaders’ Tribute! Each of the Heroic mode instances has a new tribute system that will limit players on the number of attempts they get in the Coliseum each week to present a greater challenge for the most battle-hardened heroes. Additional rewards can be earned depending on the number of attempts left in the tribute run each week when the final boss is defeated.
New 5-player dungeon with three encounters that will include Champion’s Seals as each one is defeated
New tier of armor and weapons that are modeled with Alliance- or Horde-specific themes

Designer Clothes – Quality Or Quantity?

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

In this difficult time of recession people are trying to save as much money as possible. So I think it doesn't come as a big surprise to anyone that designer clothes are not selling as they used to, as people prefer cheaper clothes. But is it really worth it to buy cheap clothes just to save money? In my opinion, not really. If you buy for example a cheap T – shirt from some cheap store, you might end up going there again in few weeks to buy another one. Why? Because the quality won't be that good, probably it will shrink after a first wash and after several washes it will look as you have had it for ages. So buying cheap clothes just to save money might not be the best idea. It saves neither money nor time.

But let just make one thing clear. Not all designer clothes are expensive. Even more and more designers have realized that they have to make their clothes affordable to 'normal people' with 'normal budget'. Reasons why people buy designer clothes are different. Some people buy them only to show off (even if they can't afford them). On the other hand, some people with lots of money buy them because it is expected from them to buy designer clothes, as they belong to a certain category of people. And some people buy them as they are persuaded that they will help them to feel more confident and important.

And why do I buy designer clothes? Well, I'm one of those few women who don't like shopping. I go shopping every few months, so I rather invest my money in some quality clothes. I pay more, but I get the guarantee that they will last longer. And with most of my designer clothes I was quite lucky as I got them quite cheap. Not an easy thing to do, but not impossible. All you need is an Internet connection and some spare time. Or you can pick the right retailer and look for bargains.

The first think we usually notice on other people are their clothes and we judge them according to them. But sometimes it can be misleading. Not everyone wearing expensive designer clothes is rich. What if the woman wearing expensive clothes is not a rich businesswoman but rather a single mum who decided to treat herself to some designer clothes for which she's been saving for months? On the other hand, what if the man wearing baggy jeans and old T – shirt is a rich businessman who can afford not to care about what's his wearing? So be careful with your judgments. But it's really up to you if you decide to prefer quality to quantity. You can have a wardrobe full of clothes from cheap stores, which look like you inherited them from your older sibling, or you can have a few quality designer clothes.

Sue Clark is not a big spender, but she likes to invest her money in some quality designer clothes. Even if they are expensive, she knows it's a good investment as they are good quality and they will last longer. And if you are like her and you prefer quality to quantity visit http://branded-clothes-4u.co.uk and choose from our wide range of designer clothes.

Why Buying a Cheap Bed May Be Bad

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

When buying a bed, one of the things you consider among others is the price. Most of the time people tend to go for cheaper deals not checking to find out why the bed is cheap. Sometimes it may be that the seller is offering a discount for the bed but sometimes it has to do with the quality. There are companies that use cheap materials to make their beds hence come up with poor beds they sell cheaply to unsuspecting clients. Go to companies that you know produce quality beds even if they cost more, but you will be sure you have something of value.
Most of the cheap beds available in the market are made from low quality materials that may not be as supportive as required. A good bed should be strong enough to provide full body support especially when you are sharing the bed. Cheap beds easily break and most of the times tend to squeak when someone is getting out or into bed. Whatever type of bed you decide to buy, whether a sofa bed, water bed or any other, make sure the cheaper versions you get are genuine.
Children may be playing on top of their beds and if the bed is cheap and of poor quality, then it will not last long at all. Cheap beds never last long and if you find yourself making plans for new beds every year, then something is wrong with the kind of beds you buy. It is better to go for an expensive bed once that you know is of quality and forget about buying a bed for the next couple of years.
Cheap beds are not comfortable and may deny you the full night's rest you always desire. Lack of proper or comfortable sleep has its effects too that you wouldn't like to experience. Some beds that come cheaply are actually items that the company wants to get rid of and they either have stayed for long without finding a customer or have something wrong with them. It is good to find out why the company that always sells expensive beds suddenly comes up with cheap beds, unless it is on discount.
When going for a cheap bed, consider the health implications with regard to the type of materials it is made of. Some of the materials may easily attract insects such as bed bugs and this is not very good since the bugs are harmful. Make sure the materials are safe and cannot attract such insects especially if you are buying the bed for your kids.
You may also not have a lot of options with cheap beds. They may either come with the same size or design and this may be difficult to get what you really want. It may also not be possible to customize since it will require extra money. You will only know the importance of having a good bed when you experience the disadvantages of a cheap one.

Grinding for Gold in WoW – Lordaeron

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

The starting area of the Undead, Lordaeron also holds some great places to grind for those higher level players. Here is all you need to know about grinding in this area of the game. World of Warcraft Master GuideList Price: $24.99Sale Price: $10.89Product DetailsEastern Plaguelands
In the Eastern Plaguelands are a couple of groups of elementals that are great to farm. They have a pretty steady rate of dropping Essence of Water, which will bring around 13-15g each on AH. Most people don know about this, but they do spawn quickly, so you can just walk around in circles on the lake and farm them. Another good reason to farm them is that they often drop great loot, such as a globe of water, green items, blue items, purple items, and even a Lifestone or two, which sell for 170+g each.
In the Eastern Plaguelands, youl find the Carrion Devourer and Carrion Grubs, which range from level 54-57. These drop Larval Acid which sells for 10g each in the AH. If you are in the 60+ level range and you can kill these quickly, you can earn up to 40g per hour, as they usually drop 3-4 an hour here.
In the Southwestern corner of the Eastern Plaguelands, youl find The Undercroft, where the Mossflayer Zombies live. These mobs don really drop anything all that special, but they are really weak and easy. The do respawn fast and drop lots of silver and a good amount of Runecloth, so farming them isn too bad.
There are Plaguebats that roam all over the southern most areas of the Eastern Plaguelands. While normally, it not a big deal to farm these mobs, when the Darkmoon Faire is around, they drop Evil Bat Eyes which are part of a Darkmoon Faire quest. So, you can sell them pretty well on AH during the Faire. Plus, you can skin them as well, earning lots of leather to sell.
While youe in the Eastern Plaguelands, you can always head over to Brownan Mill. The mobs here are level 57-60 and drop a ton of Runecloth. You can pull them one at a time and youl get silver and cloth just about every time. Sometimes you can get some other great loot, like Invader Scourgestones, gray items that sell great to vendors (like over 1g each), some good green items, and a lot of potions. It easy to make 15-45g per hour here. And, if you are an herbalist, you can find a ton of black lotus here, which sells for 1-5g each, Plaguebloom, Mt. Silversage, and even some Dreamfoil. So you can earn a ton of money here.
