First, some background. I'm in all blues except for a single epic, and unbuffed, except in tree, I have about 1330 SP, 15k mana, and 580/200-ish regen. I started healing heroics at around 1050 SP and in blues from the regular instances, and my first heroics were UP, UK, CoT, AN, and...one more I don't remember.
